In a manner more eloquent that I put it earlier...
On his TortsProf blog (snipurl.com/Torts), William G. Childs, an assistant professor at Western New England School of Law in Springfield, Mass., put it this way in a headline: “Judge Tries to Unring Bell Hanging Around Neck of Horse Already Out of Barn Being Carried on Ship That Has Sailed.”
Yeah, good point. Another ruling on access to said Zyprexa docs is expected on January 16th.

For what it's worth, Lilly never bothered to register www.evistakills.com, www.cialiskills.com or www.prozackills.com. This, and the fact that www.zyprexakills.com was registered shortly before the Zyprexa controversy began to bubble up do not support the theory that this move was completely routine.
I was not aware ot that. That's a very interesting point. Thanks much for the insight -- that's what I get for defending the drug industry on this one point -- I turn out to be wrong!
